2. Open the Scan Unit and press light to the right of the Duct-Fan.
3. take away the hinge of the Jam cover
4. take away 2 Stopper-Scans by push it left to right
5. Lift the scan unit & remove 2 Stopper-Scan then remove it

III. How to remove the Middle unit Cover

1.Unplug connector whit the Fan.
2. Unplug connector with USB host & main PBA
3. Take out jam cover & 4 screws from the Middle Unit Cover.
4. Remove Fan on the left of Middle Unit Cover.
5. Move out 2 screws.
6. Take out Joint PBA.
7. Take out Actuator-Outfull and Sensor.

IV. How to remove Fuser unit

1. Remove rear cover (refer to I)
2. Move out 4 screws on the Fuser.
3. Push the Holder Shaft Fuser from left to right
4. Take out Fuser unit out of the frame
Caution: The fuser is so hot. So, You should turn your printer off & please wait until your printer to cool before remove it.

V. How to remove LSU (Laser Scanning Unit)

1. Move out the midle cover (Refer VII)
2. take away the 3 screws
3. Unplug 2 flat cable & the remove the LSU Unit.

VI. How to remove HVPS board (High Voltage Power Supply) board

1. Move out the left cover(Refer to I).
2. Move out 6 screws
3. Take out the HVPS board

2. Take out the 5 screws and unplug the 2 jack connectors, 1 flat cable (bottom right).
3. Remove the one hook on the center.
4. Lift the HVPS board.
V. How to remove main PBA (card formater)
1. take away the right cover. (Refer to I)
2. Unplug the all jack connectors. Move out 4 screws. And remove the main PBA (card formater).

VI. How to remove SMPS board (Switched-mode power supply)
1. Remove the right cover. (Refer to I)
2. Unplug the all connectors. Remove 4 screws. And remove the SMPS (Switched-mode power supply) board.
VII. How to remove LSU (Laser Scanning Unit)
1. First remove the harness cover after remove the 2 screws. Then remove the 3 screws.
2. Take out the LSU unit after remove the 2 Flat cable.

VIII. How to remove Holder Pad
1. take away the sub PBA, the Guide Pick up unit after remove the 4 screws.

IX. How to remove transfer roller
1. Open the rear cover.

9. take away 10 screws to remove rear cover then take out of the frame by push left to right
10. To remove The Exit Cover. You remove the 2 screws indicated by a long blade screwdriver from inside the OPC cavity.

II. How to remove ITB (Image Transfer-Bell)

1. Move out the top cover. (Review I)
2. Move out the ITB unit after remove the ITB lock levers on both sides of the unit.
III. How to remove Fuser unit
1. Open the Deve cover, exit cover (Review I)
2. take away 5 screws & then remove the connector cover
3. Unplug jack connector.
4. take away the fuser by holding both sides of the fuser & then pull the fuser upwards.
Caution: The fuser is so hot. So, You must turn the printer off and wait until your printer to cool before remove it.

IV. How to remove HVPS (High Voltage Power Supply) board

1. take away the front cover. Top cover, rear cover (Refer to I).
2. Unplug the 1 connectors from the main PBA
3. Take out one harness and 4 high-voltage connector from the HVPS
4. Take out 5 screws & then remove the HVPS.

V. How to remove main PBA (card formater)

1. Take out the rear cover. (Refer to I)
2. Take out 5 screws from the main PBA bracket
4. Release 2 screws link to the main PBA parallel port and then remove the main PBA bracket
3. Unplug the all jack connectors. And remove the main PBA (card formater).

VI. How to remove SMPS board (Switched-mode power supply)

1. take away the rear cover. (Refer to I)
2. Take out 5 screws from the SMPS. Then remove 1 screw from the harness guide
3. Take out 4 connectors from the SMPS and then remove the SMPS (Switched-mode power supply) board.

VII. How to remove LSU (Laser Scanning Unit)

1. Move out all the components: Deve cover, Toner cartridges, ITB unit, & OPC drum(Refer I, II)
2. Move out 5 screws.
3. Unplug 2 connector & remove the LSU unit

VIII. How to remove fuser fan

1. take away rear cover, top cover (Refer I) & remove main PBA (refer V)
2. Release 3 screws remove one connector from the main PBA and then take out the fuser fan.
IX. How to remove main drive assembly
1. Move out rear cover (Refer I) & remove SMTP (refer V), remove fuser (refer III), remove fuser fan
2. take away all connector from harness guides
3. Move out the SMPS cover bracket
4. Look inside the OPC drum cavity & locate the T2 cam. Move out the washer using tweezers and then remove the T2 cam.
5. Remove the washer used tweezers & then remove the OPC gear and pin.
6. take away the motor harness. Then remove 5 screws & then take out the main drive assembly
